Top-up before you arrive to the festival so you get a wristband ready to pay! Or once you get your wristband, you can also add it to the app.

In case your wristband gets lost or breaks, you can disable it at any time. This way you won’t lose money.

You can top-up your wristband from your bank card easily and securely.
Refund
We will refund the amount you didn’t spend after the festival. This way you don’t have to stand in line for your money after the party.
Process
- Download the App
- Register your wristband, for which you will need the PIN code from the receipt that you receive when you exchange your voucher for a wristband.
- Register your bank card.
- Transfer money from your bank card to your wristband.
- Money you did not spend will be refunded automatically after the festival is over.*
*If you top up your wristband through the app that is connected to the bank card you registered, then you will get an automatic refund of money left on your wristband (must be 300 HUF or more). Important: If you pay with cash to top up your wristband at any time during the festival, then the automatic refund function will not work. You can retrieve your money at any point from any Festipay hut though.
