Mission: Szitizen is a team-based competition where Szitizens from all over the world take on fun, bold, creative challenges to earn points. The top teams win exclusive Sziget experiences and festival perks!

• Form a team (2–4 people).
• Create a TikTok account for your team or use an existing personal account.
• Register on the website.
• Complete quests and upload your videos on TikTok.
• Earn points and climb the leaderboard.
• Win prizes

Anyone aged 18+ from anywhere in the world! You just need a team, a TikTok account, and a bit of creativity.

Upload your completed quest videos to your team’s TikTok account (this can be one of your personal accounts or an account specifically created for the team). TikTok is the only place submissions will be accepted.

Points are awarded based on the difficulty of the quest and the quality of your execution. Each quest has a set point value, and the better you complete it, the better your chances of earning extra points. If your solution gets reposted or featured in our weekly highlights, you’ll score bonus points—so bring your A-game! Hero Quests and Quick Quests are your best opportunities to rack up big points.

Our Mission Marshals review every submission and award points based on performance. You can expect your points to be updated within 2–3 days after you submit.

The top 3 teams win exclusive Sziget experiences, including VIP access, backstage perks, and festival passes.

Mission: Szitizen kicks off on April 2, 2025 and runs until June 26, 2025.

Yes! You can jump in at any time during the competition – just note that teams that start earlier will have more time to earn points.

Quests are based on Sziget’s four core values: Discovery, Freedom, Celebration, and Togetherness. Expect everything from creative challenges to fun, unexpected tasks that test your festival spirit.

No, but your team mascot must appear in every video to verify authenticity. But we guarantee it’s a lot more fun doing the quests together!

Check the leaderboard on the Mission: Szitizen website to see where your team stands.

Follow these steps:

• Upload your video to your team’s TikTok account
• Make sure it’s public
• Include the official competition hashtag (other than #missionszitizen, keep an eye out for the specific hashtags for different tasks)
• Always tag @szigetofficial
• Feature your team mascot in the video

Quick Quests are temporary, easy-to-do challenges—often inspired by trending TikTok moments. They’re only available for a few days, so act fast!

Hero Quests are rare and challenging missions that require serious effort and preparation. Expect to spend a few days planning and executing these high-stakes quests!

The Mission Master is your official guide to Mission: Szitizen. He’ll share everything you need to know – important announcements, rule explanations, and updates. Keep an eye out for him on our TikTok channel!

Mission Marshals are the judges. They review every quest submission and decide whether it meets the requirements. You can expect them to review your video within 72 hours of uploading.

Simple! Always check the “Requirements” section under each quest description. If you follow those instructions, you’ll be set to earn points.

In case of a tie, the team with the earliest submission will be ranked higher.

If you finish anywhere between 1st and 30th place, you’ll receive an email with details about your prize within two weeks after Mission: Szitizen ends. But don’t worry if you don’t crack the Top 30 – just completing at least one challenge gets you a free drink at #SZIGET2025.

Yes – teams can be disqualified for:

• Not following the competition rules
• Submitting fake or plagiarized content
• Using inappropriate or harmful content in their videos
