We launched our Szitizen Care program to offer a solution to any problem you may have. So that you can feel safe and comfortable on the Island of Freedom, enjoying a carefree party.
If you need mental support or a good conversation, looking for assistance with a special medical issue, have overdone your partying, or have experienced something unpleasant, you can find us at many places around Sziget.
IF YOU HAVE ANY QUESTION OR PROBLEM
Look out for our awareness team at the Szitizen Care Points or ask your questions at the Main Entrance Info Point. They will help you to find the right assistance or give you guidance.
DON’T CARRY YOUR TROUBLES
If you feel like you can’t handle your mental burden, visit our Crisis Point. If you are looking for some guidance, counseling or just a good talk head straight to the Mental Care Point at the Welfare zone.

OVERPARTIED A BIT?
Our Party Service in the heart of Delta District will take care of you if you have partied too much. Our care team will help you recuperate with hydration, vitamins and medical assistance if necessary.
WE HAVE A SOLUTION FOR EVERYTHING
If you have to deal with special medical problems, just ask our medical, info or awareness team. Our Medical Center offers medicine storage and a Hygiene Room, if you have a medical problem that requires a clean, sterile corner. While incidents of drink spiking are extremely rare at Sziget, your safety remains our top priority. For added peace of mind, anti-spiking test kits are available for purchase.
