Partying is safe and free on the Island of Freedom! With our Szitizen Care program, we will find a solution to any problem, be it a broken ticket, a broken ankle or a broken heart. Living the full Sziget experience with a disability or other special needs shouldn’t be an obstacle either. We will be here for you! Look for our Szitizen Care services and helpers!

All useful information in one place

We collected all the useful information here for you so that you can arrive well prepared and know where to turn if you have any problems. You can easily access the Szitizen Care page at any time via the QR codes displayed around the festival.

City Center - where you can find all the help you need!

Do you have a question, a problem or you lost something? Head to the City Center, where you will get the right answer to all your questions. Here you will find the Info and Customer Service, the Lost & Found, the E4U Pop-up Embassy helping foreign Szitizens, the security service's complaint office, the Szitizen Center and many other festival services. Our hosts will help you navigate through all these customer services.

Care Corner

Have you lost your cool? Do you have an unpleasant experience to share with someone? Do you need a safe, calm corner where you can find your way back to your comfort zone? Visit one of our two Care Corners, where our qualified helpers will help you regain your mental balance and get back to the party.

Medical Center

In our Medical Center, we not only treat your party injuries. Here, you can prescribe and store medicine, find hygienic conditions for your special medical needs, and we will also help you if you end up in a hospital. And you can even sober up here.

When the party is over

Don't let the trip home be a bad experience either! Our information LEDs, signs and maps will help to ensure that getting in & out and getting from stage to stage won’t be slow and uncomfortable, so you can focus only on the party.

All we ask for: take care of yourself and take care of each other! Pay attention to your own and other people's boundaries. If you're in trouble, tell us. If someone else is in trouble, don't leave them alone.

Have fun!
