We have good news: you have the chance to purchase any tickets or services in instalments and pay for them over up to 6 months. Handling fee is included. In case of 5 months instalment. The information is not exhaustive, you can see the exact amount of the monthly instalments by selecting the payment plan option.

HOW TO START A PAYMENT PLAN?

  1. If you add tickets and items to your basket over the total value of € 178, you will be able to select the “Payment plan” payment option during your checkout in the webshop. If you do so, all the details of your payment plan will be listed. At the end of the checkout you will only need to pay for the first payment part (plus the handling fee).
  2. After the successful transaction the remaining payment parts will be withdrawn from your bank card monthly. The same bank card is used for the transaction, so please make sure it will be ready for the payments. If any of the payment parts cannot be withdrawn from your card, we will send you 2 reminder emails before taking any actions.
  3. If everything goes as planned, and all the payment parts are paid, we will send your tickets and items you bought via email.

FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

WHAT IF YOU CHANGE YOUR MIND? You may withdraw from the purchase by sending an email to [email protected] after the first, but before the last payment has been made. In which case Sziget will reimburse the amount of your already made payments on your bank card (used for these transactions, except the amount of the handling fee, as retention money).

WHAT IF YOU CANNOT PAY ALL PARTS? If the payment parts cannot be withdrawn from your bank card when it is due, then Sziget informs you in email, and tries to withdraw them from your bank card three days later. If the second attempt is also unsuccessful, then Sziget informs you again in email, and tries to withdraw them from your bank card a further three days later. After the third unsuccessful attempt Sziget may withdraw from the purchase. If the payments can no longer be withdrawn from your bank card because of reasons beyond your control (e.g. the card has expired) but you would still like to continue to make the payments you can complete the process through paylinks, by contacting [email protected] before the 3rd attempt.
