Free Airport Shuttle (Fastest)
The quickest way to the festival site is the free airport shuttle running between the airport and Sziget. You only need a valid Sziget Citypass by Budapest Card to ride.
100E Airport Express (Direct City Route, ~65 Mins)
Take this 24/7 line if you want to visit the city center first. It costs 2,500 HUF (~€7) via a special line ticket. Buy it on-board using your bankcard with Budapest Pay&GO, or via the BudapestGO app. Take the 100E bus towards Deák Ferenc tér, then change to Metro 2 (M2) to Batthyány tér. Hop on HÉV (H5) to Filatorigát. (extra standard tickets needed: 500 HUF ~€1.3*).
200E Budget Bus (More Transfers, ~90 Mins)
This 24/7 alternative is longer but cheaper. Tickets cost 500 HUF (~€1.3)* or are included in standard passes. Buy and validate your journey in the BudapestGO app. Take the 200E bus to Kőbánya Kispest, change to Metro 3 (M3) to Göncz Árpád városközpont, take Tram 1 to Szentlélek tér, and finally catch the HÉV (H5) to Filatorigát.

From Nyugati Railway Station
Take tram 4 or 6 in the direction of Széll Kálmán tér, then change at Margit Híd Budai Hídfő to HÉV (H5) to Filatorigát, where our team will be waiting for you and guide you to the Festival entrance.

Take Metro 2 in the direction of Déli Pályaudvar, then change at Batthyány tér to HÉV (H5) to Filatorigát, where our team will be waiting for you and guide you to the Festival entrance.

From Népliget International Bus Station
Take Tram 1 in the direction of Bécsi út and change at Árpád Híd Budai Hídfő to HÉV (H5) to Filatorigát, where our team will be waiting for you and guide you to the Festival entrance.

By boat transfer
Hop on the Sziget boat and arrive to The Island of Freedom in a fancy way! From Jászai Mari Square (Dock 10) to Sziget and back (duration appx. 22-26 mins). Please note that tickets are valid only for one way, can be bought at the kiosk onsite too.
