Here’s all you need to know
General Information
Save cash and contribute to a greener planet! How? By travelling by bus. You can book a bus trip from several cities throughout Germany and you will be dropped off right at the gate of The Island of Freedom. To ensure a comfortable trip, our busses are equipped with the following:
- Refrigerator
- Toilet
- Airconditioning
- Reclining seats
Travel schedule
Departure from Germany: 5th or 6th of August 2025 (arrival in Budapest 6th of August 2025)
Return: 12th of August 2025 (arrival in Germany 13th August 2025)

Estimate departure times can still be changed up to 2 weeks before departure, below are just an indication. The final departure time will be sent by email 2 weeks prior to the start of Sziget Festival.
- Stuttgart (August 5th, 22:00 PM)
